Always made me feel an important client to them. Their premiums have always been fair, both home and auto. And yes I have periodically checked with other insurance agencies over the years to ensure that is the case. Good service and good premiums are important (price is not always everything). Recently, I had cause to make some changes to my auto insurance plan and was extremely happy with the service I received. My current Account Manager and has been for several years now, Michelle Hughes, handled things promptly, made the changes happen almost instantly. She is a real pleasure to deal with and makes things so easy for me.
